Dr. Leo Sullivan brings a rare dual perspective as both a former elite athlete and a licensed mental health professional. As a Division I and professional football player, he experienced firsthand the intense mental demands of high-level competition. This background, combined with his Ed.D. in Sport and Performance Psychology, gives him unique insight into the challenges athletes face.
Dr. Sullivan specializes in helping athletes overcome performance anxiety, concentration issues, and confidence barriers through evidence-based techniques. His integrated approach addresses both performance enhancement and overall well-being, creating personalized mental training programs that translate to real results in competitive environments. Athletes at all levels—from youth sports to professional competition—benefit from his ability to bridge the gap between athletic experience and clinical expertise.
